## Copying the Campaign

You will receive an email notification each month from [success@getequiem.com](mailto:success@getequiem.com) when your campaign is ready to use.

**To copy the campaign:**

1. Open the Content Management System and switch to The Hub Library by clicking your profile icon in the top right hand corner
2. Click Campaigns > Templates from the top menu
3. Locate the month’s editorial campaign - this will usually be the first campaign in the list but you can use the search bar if required
4. Without clicking the campaign, navigate to the 3 dots on the right hand side of the campaign name and click Copy
If you select the campaign name, use the back button on your browser to return to the above screen to copy the campaign.
5. You will then be presented with this pop-up. You will need to change the name from The Hub Library to your library name here by selecting it from the drop down list.
In this example, the client name has been changed to Equiem. This name reflects where you want to copy the content to.

**Important:** Do not press copy when the client still shows as The Hub Library, as this will not copy any content to your platform.
6. Once the correct client name has been selected, press Copy.
7. You will see this pop-up. Press View Campaign.
If you press Done, just make sure to change the library back to your client in the top right hand corner of the Content Management System and head to Campaigns > Templates.
8. You will be taken to a screen that shows each piece of content included in the month’s campaign. Use the back button on your browser or click Campaigns > Templates from the top menu.

Note the start recommended start date for the campaign as written in the notes.

## Activating the Campaign

9. From the Campaign Templates screen, locate the campaign (it should be the first one), navigate to the 3 dots and select Activate.
**Tip:** Double check you are in your library in the top right hand corner before selecting Activate. If you see The Hub Library, you need to switch libraries otherwise this step will not work.
10. Choose the start date as outlined in the campaign notes and tick your site/s. Then, press Activate All.

11. Once completed, you will see this screen. Press Done.

## Publishing the Campaign

12. Next, select Content > All Content from the top menu
13. You will see all of the month’s campaign content is now available for you to edit or publish. We recommend using the Grid view in this step.
14. From here, you can now either edit or publish all the campaign content. Content that doesn’t need editing can simply be switched from Draft to Published using the drop down status bar.
To edit content, select the piece from the grid view and select Edit from the top right hand corner. You can then edit the content as you would do with any other content piece, pressing Save and publishing once complete.

Tip: Use the drop down filter to set parameters for your site, campaign and status to make publishing campaign content easier. This will ensure that you only see content that still requires publishing.

> ⚠️ **Reminders**
> ⚠️
> ⚠️ - Some content within each month’s campaign may require editing to suit your location. These content pieces have been labelled with [EDIT ME] in the title.
> ⚠️ - You will need to open these content pieces and edit them as you would do with a regular piece of content.
> ⚠️ - If you choose to use the suggested polls, you will need to publish these and embed them in the provided news post.
> ⚠️ - If there are content pieces in the campaign you don’t wish to use, simply leave them in Draft status.
> ⚠️ - You can also change the publish date of any content in the campaign, if required. Please note that some content in the campaign has been provided to coincide with awareness days, for example, “It’s World Health Day”, so be mindful that not all content in the campaign will work on alternative publish dates.
