To remove segmentation, navigate to the item you’d like to remove segmentation from (e.g. content piece, product, resource, etc.) and open the segmentation widget.

The widget will show the number of users in the current audience, as well as a confirmation that the piece of content is currently targeting a specific user group or groups.

To remove an entire segment, click the red delete icon next to the segment. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm you would like to delete the segment.

You can also remove filters within a segment. To do this, expand the segment which contains the filter you would like to remove and press the grey delete icon next to the desired filter.

You will be asked to confirm you wish to delete the filter.

Once you have deleted the desired filters or segments, click **Save**.

Your screen will navigate back to the initial page outlining the audience. If you have left any filters or segments remaining, these will be displayed here.
