## Overview

Depending on the Engage package you have, you may be able to access content templates in your region’s content template library. Templates exist for everything from event posts to online engagement activities such as competitions and quizzes, editorial articles, and building info posts.

The content in these templates has already been written, leaving gaps for you to update specific details such as the building name, platform name, date etc.

They are designed to make it easy for you to add engaging content to your platform.

You will need to copy any templates you would like to use from the template library to your Content Management System library.

> ℹ️ If you do not have access to the content template library, it may not be included in your Equiem package. Please speak to your Equiem contact to discuss the options available to you.

## How to copy a template

Open the Content Management System and navigate to the content template library using the switcher in the top right hand corner (this will either be The Hub Library or Activated Library depending on your region).

If you can’t see the content you have copied, make sure to check you have switched back to your content library in the top right hand corner.

Select the content to open it and click Edit in the top left hand corner to customise the content to your needs.
