## Overview

A Building Information post can be added to a section on your platform called a Subpage (or tabs/buckets, as they may be referred to). 

A Subpage is a section in which Building Info posts can be categorised under your My Building (or similar) page on the platform.

Before you can assign a Subpage, please ensure that these have been created in the Site Settings. [See our guide here](https://help.getequiem.com/space/CS/1337753678/Managing+Subpages+(tabs%2Fbuckets)) on how to add a subpage.

By default, all Building Information posts will display on the 'All' Subpage until they are assigned an additional page.

## Adding a Building Info post to a Subpage

Open the Content Management System.

Click the content menu and open the **All Content** option. Search for the Building Info Post you want to add to a Subpage. You can search using keywords or by using the drop-down filters to narrow down your search.

Ensure the post is ticked to the correct site to see the available subpages for that site.

Click on the desired post to open it. Hit the **Subpage** button in the top menu bar, as seen below.

Select which Subpage you want to add the post to in the **drop-down menu**.

Hit the **Save button, **which will have now appeared on the** **top menu bar.

You can also assign a Subpage when creating a new Building Info Post.

## Segmented Content on Subpages

Segmented Building Info posts can be added to Subpages in the same way as non-segmented posts. If a Subpage contains only segmented content, the Subpage heading will still be visible to users who are not included in the audience for those posts.

If you have a Subpage that contains only segmented content, we recommend adding a Building Info post for users who can’t see the segmented content, letting them know that content in this section is exclusively for the segmented audience.
