We understand the importance of providing users with a seamless onboarding experience. With this update, we have introduced Product Tours which will allow the Product and Customer Success teams to create interactive and informative walkthroughs to guide users through different features and functionalities of Equiem One. Product Tours make it easier than ever for users to familiarise themselves with the platform.

**New Feature Announcements:**

Staying up to date with the latest features and improvements is essential for maximising the benefits of any software. Equiem One will now provide New Feature Announcements via "Smart Tips". This feature empowers the Product and Customer Success teams to notify users about newly added functionalities, enhancements, and other important updates directly within the platform. It ensures that users are always informed about the latest developments and can take advantage of all the valuable features Equiem One has to offer.
