Once you have created new or applied example Groups to your site you are able to assign these to users in the User Settings in Equiem One. This will enable you to target these users with content segmented to a specific Group.

Before attempting to assign Groups to a user, ensure that you have Groups applied to your site in the **Taxonomy** page in Site Settings.

To begin, head to the **User Settings** page.

To access the User Settings:

1. Head to [equiem.one](https://equiem.one/) and log in
2. Click Settings from the toolbar on the left hand side
3. Select the Users Tab

Use the search bar to find your user, using their name or email address, for example.

Click on their record from the list, this will open their profile from the right hand side.
