**If you have received an email to approve a new user:**

Open the email and click the button to **Review their account** to open the user's profile.

In the Status drop-down menu, change the **status** from Pending approval to **Active.**

Click **Save.**

**Approving users directly from the User Settings.**

You can also approve a user directly through the User Settings, which may be useful when you want to approve multiple users at the same time.

Head to Settings > Users.

You will see four tabs, select the **Pending** tab.

Tick the checkboxes next to the users you would like to update, or select the top checkbox to select all users on that page. Click Edit Status.

Select Activate users.
