**Help & Support** is located in the floating question mark in the bottom left-hand side of Equiem One.

- **Contact Support **if you need to** **get help with an issue or report a bug.
- Visit the **Help Centre **to find step-by-step guides, tutorials and troubleshooting tips.
- Click** Platform Status** if you want to check the performance of the site - this is where we keep all our stakeholders updated if we are performing maintenance work or other issues.
