Equiem One is a browser-based site that works best in Google Chrome. It's also optimised for tablets and mobiles.

To open Equiem One, visit [one.getequiem.com](https://one.getequiem.com/) or [site name].equiem.one

Log in with the same email and password as you used to register your Equiem platform account.

> ✅ If you have access to multiple sites or have been assigned multiple Roles, you may need to switch between these. Use the Site/Role switcher in the top left-hand corner and select your desired option from the drop-down list.

> ⚠️ If you see the error message "You have no roles allocated to your profile on this site", it might mean you’ve not been granted access yet. If that happens, reach out to the person managing your platform or drop us an email at <u>[support@getequiem.com](mailto:support@getequiem.com)</u>.
