"My Shortcuts" in the left side navigation allows you to quickly initiate actions so you can save time.

Some shortcuts have been pre-populated: you can quickly open your building platform, create a News or Event post, and more. You can also create your own custom shortcuts.

**To add your own shortcut:**

1. Click the plus icon in the My Shortcuts section
2. To link to an Equiem One page, copy the suffix of that page, including the forward slash e.g. /bookings  
  
To link an external site, paste the full URL e.g. [https://getequiem.com/](https://getequiem.com/)
3. Select an icon and press Create
  

> ℹ️ To remove any shortcuts you have created, use the small x button next to the shortcut name. You’ll only be able to remove shortcuts you’ve added yourself.
